Situated in the leafy suburb of Hawthorn, this sandstone home was built by us in 2009 and then renovated by us in 2020.
We returned in 2020 to this double fronted villa to undertake an extension that saw the residence more than double in size.
We added an additional wing to the home, as well as a pool and tennis court overlooking an expansive open plan kitchen and paved alfresco space.
